Road freight transportation

Our company carries out international road transportation of goods between China and Russia.

We own our own fleet of new trucks and semi-trailers of all types, including:

• open flatbeds;
• platforms;
• container trucks;
• tilt trucks; *
• all-metal;
• trawls, including telescopic sliding trawls.

* - Tilt semi-trailers are allowed for transportation of goods under the customs transit regime.

 Procedure (stages) of cargo transportation from China:

1. Pick-up of goods in China with subsequent transportation of cargoes by road through the territory of the PRC to the Chinese border city of Manchuria (Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region).
2. Terminal handling of cargo in Manchuria (acceptance and placement of cargo in the warehouse, storage and shipment).
3. Export declaration (submitted to PRC customs authorities).
4. Cargo transportation across the border with simultaneous registration of transit declaration, which is submitted to the customs post of MAPP Zabaikalsk.
5. Placement of cargo at a bonded warehouse.
6. Customs clearance of imported goods (submission of customs declaration, release of goods).

At the Customer's request, it is possible to carry out customs clearance in Zabaikalsk settlement or in any region of the Russian Federation. Depending on the place of planned customs clearance the procedure of customs clearance differs.

In case customs clearance is carried out in Zabaikalsk:

• after the transit declaration is submitted to the Zabaikalsk customs post (the so-called «opening of transit»), the cargo is delivered to a bonded warehouse located in the area of operation of the Zabaikalsk customs post (Zabaikalsk), which «closes» transit;
• a general declaration for the goods is submitted for their release into free circulation;
• after release the cargo is delivered to the base of LLC «TAMGA» in Zabaikalsk, where it is reloaded onto vehicles performing domestic
• transportation, after which it is delivered to the place of destination specified by the Customer.

In case customs clearance is carried out outside of Zabaikalsk:

• The transit declaration submitted to the Zabaikalsk MAPP customs post (the customs office of departure) shall indicate the customs office of destination - the customs office where the customs transit procedure will be completed, as well as the date on which the vehicle with the cargo must arrive at the customs office of destination no later than.

The Customs of destination shall be determined by the Customer.

At the same customs post, the semi-trailer with the cargo is sealed and the sealing information is entered by customs officers into the transit declaration.

The vehicle with the cargo (under seal) goes to the customs office of destination, where the customs transit procedure is closed.

After that, the cargo is placed at a bonded warehouse for customs clearance (customs clearance), for which an ordinary goods declaration is submitted.
