Bulk cargo delivery via ICT

Our company carries out international road transportation of assembled cargoes on the route Manchuria (PRC) - Russia through the International Automobile Checkpoint Zabaikalsk of Zabaikalsk region (IACP Zabaikalsk) under the customs procedure of internal customs transit (ICT).

  Delivery of prefabricated cargo from China has its own peculiarities and consists of several stages:

1. Organization and execution of delivery by road of cargoes from the depth of China to Manchuria, where they are consolidated in one warehouse.
2. Formation of commodity lots and preparation of documentation required for importation of consolidated cargoes to Russia.
3. Transportation of assembled cargo (goods lot) from the warehouse in Manchuria to the temporary storage warehouse (TSW) in the area of activity of the customs post Zabaikalsk.
4. Registration of customs transit (MAPP Zabaikalsk) and transportation of the assembled cargo to the destination customs office, which is determined at the Customer's choice.

 International transportation of goods under the WTTC customs procedure has a number of many advantages:

• For the export of goods from Manchuria and its transportation within Russia it is not necessary to charter a separate vehicle, which gives significant savings.
• Financial costs for customs clearance of imported goods (i.e. customs clearance costs) are borne by the Customer after the cargo arrives at the destination customs office and is placed in a bonded warehouse. This allows avoiding the time gap between the moment of payment of customs and other obligatory payments and the moment of cargo delivery to the destination region. As a consequence, there is no need to accumulate (reserve) significant funds to cover the costs of customs clearance of goods immediately after importation of goods into Russia and at the same time wait for delivery of the cargo to the destination point.
• There is no need to hire (engage) representatives in Zabaikalsk to participate in the process of customs clearance of imported goods.
• The time the cargo is in transit allows you to prepare for the customs clearance process.
• Placement of the cargo in a bonded warehouse located in your region, allows you to more quickly and efficiently solve the issues arising in the process of customs clearance.
• Collected cargoes are shipped from the warehouse in Manchuria on a weekly basis.
• For cargo transportation within Russia we use our own new vehicles (Volvo brand), each of which is assigned to separate drivers who have considerable experience in international and domestic transportation.
• Our cargo transportation, including the customs procedure of WTT, is insured by the Forwarder's liability insurance.

Registration of customs transit is carried out by customs clearance specialists (5 persons), who are on our staff, and are always ready to provide you with advice on all matters of customs control.
