Customs clearance of cargo (goods)

Our company provides services on customs clearance of cargo from China, including transit declarations for goods for customs clearance purposes. As well as customs declarations for the release of goods for domestic consumption on the territory of the Customs Union (EAEU).

 As part of our services, our customs clearance specialists perform a set of the following actions:

• Advice on the whole range of issues arising from importation of goods from the PRC, including the formation of their customs value.
• Selection of the correct codes for goods to be imported in accordance with the EEU Commodity Nomenclature (EEU TN VED).
• Checking the presence of existing prohibitions and restrictions on the territory of the EAEU (technical, phytosanitary and other requirements for the safety of imported export products) and other measures of non-tariff regulation, including the permissive procedure for the import of certain types of goods, their mandatory licensing and / or the presence of an exclusive right to import certain goods.
• Calculation and determination of the customs value of goods to be imported.
• Preliminary calculation and determination of the customs value of goods, including the amount of customs duties, VAT and mandatory fees for importation from the PRC for certain types of goods.
• Checking the completeness and correctness of documents required for customs clearance of imported goods, including: foreign trade contracts with specifications (when importing goods on the basis of contracts); technical and permit documentation; shipping documentation (international bill of lading or CMR, invoice, shipping specification and/or packing list).
• Formalization of documents to be submitted to the customs authority together with the customs declaration.
• Formalization and submission of the customs declaration in the automated system of the Federal Customs Service of Russia.

Cargo delivery from China and customs clearance is carried out in a complex.

• Current interaction with representatives of customs authorities, including by giving oral and written explanations and clarifications, providing additional documents.
• Control over the closure of the customs transit procedure at the bonded warehouse.
• Entry of the vehicle into the territory of the bonded warehouse and receipt of the report on acceptance of goods (cargo) for storage in the form DO-1.
• Interaction with representatives of the customs authority during storage of goods at the bonded warehouse, including customs surveillance, inspection/inspection of imported goods and vehicles.
• Submission of adjustments to the goods declaration (if necessary).
• Performing other actions aimed at ensuring the timely release of goods in accordance with the declared customs procedure.

After closing of the customs procedure of customs transit or after customs clearance of imported goods, our company, represented by its staff members, who perform on a permanent basis the functions of representation at temporary storage warehouses located in Zabaikalsk, organizes the departure of vehicles with released goods from the regime territory of the temporary storage warehouse, including the submission of applications for the release of cargo, registration of passes, pickup of cargo (in cases of unloading goods at the temporary storage warehouse).
