Rail transportation

Our company organizes transportation by rail between the PRC and the Russian Federation.

Transboundary cargo transshipment is carried out through the border crossing “Zabaikalsk Railway Checkpoint” located in the Zabaikalsk settlement of Zabaikalsk, Zabaikalsky Krai.

 International rail transportation takes place in several stages:

• Delivery of cargo from China (from the place of delivery of goods) to the border city of Manchuria by road or rail.
• Cargo transportation through the international checkpoint Zabaikalsk (Zabaikalsk railway checkpoint; Zabaikalsk settlement, Zabaikalsk region).
• Acceptance and placement of cargo in the permanent customs control area (CCA), performance of other measures for cargo accreditation (payment of station fees; acceptance and execution of documents for removal of containers from the station; making appropriate marks in the program “ETRAN”).
• Approval of the rolling stock for further transportation of the cargo within the territory of the Russian Federation.
• Customs clearance, including registration and submission of customs declaration.
• Transportation of the cargo to the destination point, for which the following operations (options) are performed:
  • a) transshipment of goods from Chinese wagons to Russian rolling stock;
  • b) relocation of rolling stock from narrow gauge railroads to Russian railroad tracks (for containers);
  • c) picking up a container for cargo transportation by road.

Our company undertakes the full organization of railway transportation and has agreements with the Center for Firm Transport Service of Russian Railways (CFTS) and PJSC Transcontainer, on the basis of which we carry out freight forwarding by any type of railway rolling stock.
