Route: Dongying, China — Samara, Russia.
Transportation format: trucking, 14-vehicle convoy.

TMG Express completed a project to deliver large industrial equipment—a robotic system for the production of ceramic shell molds.

The equipment was transported disassembled and distributed among 14 trucks. The main challenge of the project was the need for synchronized logistics: all vehicles had to move along the route as a single transport unit.

Project Features: 14 vehicles in a single shipment. It was important to simultaneously prepare the vehicles for loading and ensure the convoy moved smoothly.

Synchronized Arrival. The Temporary Storage Warehouse. According to the clearance conditions, the equipment had to arrive at the temporary storage warehouse simultaneously. If even one vehicle is delayed, the entire shipment is stopped.

Driver Coordination. Throughout the entire route, constant coordination was maintained between drivers and logistics personnel to maintain the integrity of the convoy.

Meticulous Documentation. For this type of transportation, accurate documentation for each vehicle is critical, as the cargo is part of a single production facility.

Thanks to the well-organized work of logistics, drivers, and customs specialists, the entire transport unit arrived at the temporary storage warehouse simultaneously, allowing for the prompt completion of necessary procedures and continued delivery of the equipment to the client's site in Samara.

TMG Express regularly handles complex project shipments of industrial equipment from China to Russia, ensuring precise coordination of transport, adherence to deadlines, and cargo safety.
